This blend of nutrient rich greens, fresh fruit, ginger & lemon juice is the best way to jump start your day. With a tablespoon of cricket protein powder for extra protein and vitamin B12 as well as calcium and iron your body will thank you.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cold water
  • 1 Tbsp of cricket powder 
  • 1 banana
  • Handful of spinach
  • Handful of kale
  • Kiwifruit
  • 1cm of fresh peeled ginger
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice

Preparation

Blend all ingredients together in a magic bullet or blender and serve in a glass (with ice if you like).
